It's All About Tea — white tea

Last week in part one of this blog post, we discovered the relationship between tea and Traditional Chinese Medicine and how tea turned into "a medicine for ten thousand illnesses". We also talked about two of the three most suitable teas to drink in wintertime - black tea and dark tea (like shou pu-erh and Liu Bao). Yue Guang Bai White Tea, or White Moonlight, is a type of Yunnan tea, which grows in Yunnan province. The region where farmers produce the world’s supply of pu-erh tea. Only the royal court could afford to drink such a delicate drink, and the tradition of this tea being highly prized stuck around for centuries to follow.
