Refund policy

Returns:

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Perishable goods, such as tea, cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should notify us first, and mail your product to:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item was delivered to you in a damaged condition, you should notify us right away (on the day of delivery) and email us pictures of the damage at pathofcha@pathofcha.com

If, on the delivery date, you fail to notify us about the damage and provide proof, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.


Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit or an electronic gift card for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
