Cancellation policy
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries according to the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. You can do it yourself through your Account Portal or by contacting us using the Contact Form.
However, please be aware that this is a month-to-month program. Due to the discounts offered through this program, some people take advantage of these discounts and jump on and off this program every 1-2 months.
To prevent such activities, your subscription will remain unchanged for three fulfillment cycles. If you decide to cancel a subscription before three fulfillment cycles, we'll need to reprocess your orders at the retail price and collect the difference.
We'll process your cancellation without any additional charges if you cancel after three fulfillments.
