About Caffeine-Free Tisanes [+]
A tisane (also called herbal tea) is any infusion made from plants other than Camellia sinensis – the tea plant. No tea leaves, no caffeine. Botanicals, fruits, flowers, roots, and seeds that can be steeped in hot water.
Our tisane selection is small and deliberately so. We carry only what we've tasted and stand behind: a tropical fruit blend, a black currant infusion, and Sobacha (蕎麦茶) – roasted buckwheat from Japan, with a naturally nutty depth that makes it one of the most comforting caffeine-free drinks we know.
These are teas for evenings, for guests who don't drink caffeine, and for days when you want something different.
