— Shifu, how did you achieve for this tea to have such an exceptional taste? So sweet and soft, with notes of chocolate, – a young monk asked the wise tea master Lao Cha
—This wasn’t difficult. I just had to find an ecologically friendly place, far away from the dust and pollution of the cities. Where there is green as far as the eye can see. Then I had to cultivate the tea bushes at a height of 1500 meters. Harvest only the finest tea leaves. And finally, patiently process these leaves with the greatest care. Simple. – Lao Cha answered.

Absolutely amazing teas, I prolly just got 20 or so teas and I made sure to write this one done. It will definitely become one the teas a grab some of everyone I order.. and ALOT OF IT. This ‘tea was so flavor and deep with character all while being light!!
I enjoy this tea more so than many black teas i have sipped. Its a very nice balance between the astringent and the richer dark aspect.
The color of the tea liquid speaks for itself. The honey colored liquid is smooth and sweet like honey itself. The smell is fragrant and promotes a calm state of mind. Overall a wonderful black tea to enjoy mid-day.
Malty-tasting tea. I recommend it if you're into decadent flavors.
The brew comes out light. Flavors don't fade with many consecutive brews.
A very good example of how real Chinese black tea should taste like.
I enjoyed this tea quite a bit but what I really enjoyed was observing the reaction of my friend drinking this hong cha. You see, my friend was a little ill and I served him this tea. As soon as he took it's fragrance, he was smiling from ear to ear. He slowly sipped the warm silky taste of the tea which in turn gradually filled and nursed his whole being. Red Tip is not only delicious but it was a great aid for my friends recovery.
Glad we could help your friend on his way to recovery:)))
