"Holy Dragon" Tian Long Oolong Tea (Taiwan)

As Master Lao Cha and his eager disciple settled under the shade of an ancient pine on a crisp morning, they prepared to savor the "Holy Dragon" Green Oolong.

– "This tea," – Lao Cha began with a mischievous glint in his eye, – "is known to awaken the sleeper's vigor, much like a dragon emerging from its slumber."

The disciple took a mindful sip, expecting perhaps to sprout wings or breathe fire. Instead, he was enveloped in a taste so rounded and sweet that it was as if he'd been transported atop the lush mountains of Taiwan. "Master, I feel neither fiery nor fierce. Am I missing the dragon within?"

Lao Cha laughed heartily, shaking his head. "The dragon, my dear boy, is not in the ferocity but in the balance and smoothness of this exquisite brew. It's the harmony of its taste that lifts us, much like a dragon soaring effortlessly through the clouds."

The disciple realized this as he took another sip, this time truly appreciating the tea's delicate strength and lingering sweetness. "So, the dragon's power lies in its gentle force, not in its roar," he mused, finally understanding.

With a nod of approval, Master Lao Cha concluded, "Exactly. This tea's strength is in its majestic serenity, a testament to the art of tea-making itself." Together, they continued to drink, silently acknowledging the profound lesson in every cup.

This tea was delicious! While I did detect smooth floral and milky flavors and scents, I was quickly reminded of Ali Shan Milk Oolong tea but this time it was more delicate. The color of the liquor was such a light yellow that I almost that it was clear!
